Shell Annual General Meeting 2024. Shell’s energy transition strategy was put to an advisory shareholder vote at the annual general meeting in 2021 where it secured around 89% of the vote. New resolutions will be proposed at the 2024 agm to renew the authority for the company to purchase its own share capital, up to specified limits, for a further year.
